Shipping Policy
At CAMELIA we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and without surprises.
Here’s how we handle shipping for our UK customers.
Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of purchase. If for any reason this will not be possible, we will contact you.
Weekends and public holidays aren’t considered working days.
If you need something urgently, contact us at the time of purchase and we’ll do our best to help.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery Times & Rates
We use trusted UK couriers — such as Evri, DPD, or Royal Mail — to deliver your order within 2–4 business days after dispatch
Shipping Rates are based on item size, weight and type

Small Items → £8

Medium Items → £10
- Large Items → £15
- Oversized/heavy orders → Contact Us - for items too large or heavy for standard shipping, we'll provide a courier quote
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive safely.
Packaging & Sustainability
We take great care to package items securely to minimise the risk of damage in transit.
We also follow a re-use and recycle approach — this means your parcel might arrive in packaging from other businesses or with recycled materials inside. This helps reduce waste and keep shipping costs reasonable.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains items of different sizes, weights, or fragility, we may send them in separate packages to ensure safe delivery. You’ll be notified if this happens and tracking will be provided for each package where applicable.
Transit Damage & Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 1 working day of delivery so we can make a claim with the courier.
We’ll need:

Photos of the damage from different angles

Photos of the packaging and shipping label (and any visible damage to the outer box/bag)

Any other relevant evidence (e.g., delivery notifications)
Where possible, we’ll repair or replace the damaged item, or offer a partial refund if that’s more appropriate. In some cases, we may request the damaged item be returned to us (at our expense) so it can be restored or recycled.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occur due to courier backlogs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

UK-only. £8/£10 delivery for most orders, £10 for heavier ones, courier can be arranged for those too heavy/big for standard shipping if you contact us.
