1. Nature of Products
Camelia offers vintage, vintage-inspired, second-hand, and antique items. These may show signs of age or prior use such as scratches, scuffs, or patina. This is part of their character and charm. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and clear photographs, highlighting any notable features or visible faults. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that all items are sold “as-is” and that signs of wear are expected.

2. Item Condition
Any notable faults or imperfections beyond normal wear will be mentioned in the product description and shown in the accompanying images. Items sold with known faults clearly stated in the description and photographs are not eligible for returns on the basis of being "faulty." If you have any questions or would like additional information or images about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

3. Product Details & Authenticity
Where details such as brand, origin, or year are provided, they are based on our opinion and research. Unless explicitly stated, we do not guarantee the authenticity, origin, or exact age of any item. Buyers should rely on the photographs and descriptions provided to make their purchasing decision.

4. Returns & Refunds Policy

  • No Returns for Change of Mind: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • Consumer Rights Exception: If an item is found to be significantly misdescribed or faulty in a way not disclosed in the listing, you may be entitled to a return under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Damage in Transit: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch. Shipping insurance is included for items over a certain value; however, we do not accept liability for transit damage to fragile items such as glass where shipping companies do not offer compensation, even with insurance.

  • Receiving a Damaged Item: If an insured item arrives damaged, buyers should document the damage and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We can assist by providing proof of postage and packaging details if needed.

5. Limitation of Liability
Camelia is not responsible for any dissatisfaction resulting from the subjective expectations of items. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.

6. Modifications to Terms
Camelia reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
